Carry your cell phone at all times, and make the call as soon as the rage starts.

If you truly can't take it - call 911 while she is raging and let them know she is out of control. When they take her to ER for evaluation, tell them that you are no longer able to take care of her at home. They will evaluate her, get her meds, and get her placed. Then you can visit her.
