I may have to foreclose on a commercial building and small house. I tried to talk to husband because I'm unsure if its worth the costs. He raises his voice and sounds angry. I should give it to Habitat for Humanity or a homeless get organization. There was a fire and the work was done wrong. Don't know how much fixing up to code the buyer has done. Husband does get angry easily. And sure doesn't care if my brother gets less money. But it's for his supplemental needs trust. I don't care much about my brother but still.
