My mother will not take her medicine.

My 80 year old Mom has hypertension, diabetes, gout, heart problems, etc. She's had 2 strokes in the past 6 years. She was in the rehab facility for two months and has been home one week. For the past two days she refuses to eat dinner and will not take her meds.
