2 sisters want to try to get a living trust since she is living in her home and (she has Parkinsons) and want to make sure her affairs are correct and good for all-She is kind of slow in thinking and very old school- My older sister is somewhat in charge of the finances- and only her name on banking-I try to tell sis that it is ok to have 3 names on a checkbook-My sis works 40+ hours and I live 3 hours away- My sis is a little naive in the living trust area- She thinks Mom's money will be unaccessable to her.
