If you are a caregiver and just starting to work you might want to work for an agency to begin with or work in a facility. (If you have CNA certifications) Working on your own takes "networking" and talking to people that are caregivers that may know people looking to hire privately Or you can use a place like Care.com and get clients that way. There is a fee for that service. There are a few caregivers that do private work on this site and I am sure they will give you both ideas and a reality check.
