How do I get the patient portal app?

There are 2 ways to do it and it depends on your clinic/network:

You contact your clinic or network and tell them you want to set up portal access. Then they will email you a link to facilitate it.

Or,

You can just go to the clinic/network website and you will see a login for the portal in the main menu. If you click on that it will give you the option to set up access.

In my experience, the Dr or facility provides their own app or website to connect to them.

Just went on Google play store and there are a number of apps.

What patient portal are you attempting to access?

Generally to find an app, you can go to the search on your phone and do a search for the specific app you are looking for.

Do you mean the portal for your doctor or hospital?

Some require a code. They are not all alike.

If you are in the hospital, ask a nurse to send you someone to help you set it up.

If you are asking for a doctors office portal, call the office and ask.
