Adult diapers.

My father is 93 with mild dementia. I am having a hard time convincing him he needs to start wearing adult diapers. He has at least 1 accident per week, but when I point this out, he just says, 'well anybody can have an accident'. How do I convince him?

Tell him this is the new undergarments that are made special for men now. If he has a choice he will choose the ones he is used to but no choice then he has to take what is there. ((hugs))

Remove all his underwear and replace them with pull up Depends. There's no "convincing" an elder with dementia of anything since they can no longer use logic or reason.
