Churches have DME lending closets and could be a good option for your items.

Many Senior Centers have a Lending Closet.
Some Churches do as well.
Many places do not let you advertise "medical devices" so not sure about the Purewick. You could put a notice on Facebook many communities have a "Buy Nothing___________" the name of your town. And pick up can be arranged in a public location, many people use the Police Department parking lot.

Call your local seniod services in your town or county and ask if they have supply closet. I used tbem in MA, CT, and SC. They sere easy to find

I would call Thrift outlets in your area. We have at least one in the bay area that always accepts walkers. I think that for hygienic reasons walkers are more difficult. And for some reason people seem not to purchase purewicks, even unopened and unused in my experience.

You might call around to some Aging Care facilities in your area or your local council or agency on aging. Best of luck.

Your local Senior Services, Area Agency on Aging, and hospice agencies should take these donations. Or you can try selling them on the Nextdoor app.
