Office of Aging should provide bussing for this. At one time Red Cross had volunteers. F you get Medicaid for heath insurancebon in home services, they usually have a service that does this. Some Churches have volunteers.

Why not call a taxi or Uber/Lyft? Or do you mean free transportation? Go on Nextdoor.com and see if a nice neighbor or someone in your community would be willing to give you a ride. Call up a church and ask for help. Do you have a disability and are in a wheelchair? Call social services for your county to see if you qualify for their subsidized bus.
