Suggestions on no-rinse peri-care wash?

I used Huggie Baby wipes. They are bigger and thicker than women wipes.

Just going to testify about never ever flushing the allegedly flushable wipes. We just had the sewer pipes from my Mom's house scoped due to a blockage (tree roots). There we could also plainly see the wipes that were caught up with the root ball, not even close to disintegrating.

There are no rinse washes that you can use.
"Baby" wipes also are an option (Please do not flush even if the package says you can)
And a Bidet Toilet seat would also be a good idea if it is an affordable option.
