If your on Medicaid for your health insurance, they have an "in home program" where aides are provided. Social Services should be able to help too but start with the Disabilities Dept.
Go online in your community and see if the is a Facebook market place or in your neighborhood news paper my be churches that donate to elderly in need. Community action for the elderly. Thrift stores in your area. There is a lot of ways to find used medical equipment. Hope this helps.
