My brother is trying to get my dad to sell his house and change his will before he has his Alzheimer's testing soon. What can I do?

Found checks brother has written to himself and had my dad to sign. He writes checks and has my father blindly sign them all the time. Think brother is using dad's money to pay his own bills too.
