Brandyboy, welcome to the forum. Caring for a person on a vacation is not a true vacation for the caregiver. Their time is spent with full time and attention on the person they are caring around the clock. And if your son doesn't sleep well at night, then the caregiver won't be either.
Do hope this vacation will be enjoyable for you and your son, and that the caregiver will be able to get some enjoyment out of the trip.
It depends on what you pay him per hour or have you paid someone before per hour I would think ? I get paid 19/hr . So 24x19 would be 456 and 456x7 would be 3192. So that would be the total for me if I were going to be going on a vacation with my client . Are you going to be paying for the caregivers room and meals ? Consider that as pay maybe as well ?
