My mom has CHF and dementia. My sister is POA. Problem is we have another sister who threatens lawyers over not being able to see her.

Can POA tell her she can't visit if mom isn't doing well that day? She is failing, sleeps a lot and is pain. We're in Wisconsin.

If mom sleeps during repeated visits from sister, maybe sister will understand that she doesn’t need to visit. Let sister visit and experience the consequences.

My older sister has POA over medical decisions. Actually she has quite a bit of power with regarding medical . My main question is can POA get into trouble if she doesn't allow family to visit mom

She is allowed to see mom . Problem with sister is says she will be there to visit and then is a no show or cancel . Her major problem is she has no control over situation with mom and likes to make it about herself . She's even nurse who works with dementia patients. One time she had mom she never made sure mom took her morning it night pills that have to do with her heart and others problems . Just wondering I guess what we can do

May I ask why one of her children is not allowed to see her mom? If mom is able to make her wishes known, is this what she wants?
