Call your Office of Aging. They should have Senior busses. If on Medicaid, they will supply transportation.

If you're in the US, call your county's social services to see if you qualify for their transportation services. Or, if you belong to a church or other faith-based organization, call and ask if they have an Elder Care ministry. Driving is one of the easier things to find volunteers for, as long as you can get in and out of a vehicle on your own.
