Renting to someone on Medicaid

What is your question?

Are talking about you being a landlord and renting a house or apartment or even a room in your house to someone on Medicaid?
Their insurance status should have no bearing on your decision to rent to someone.
If they pass background checks (if you are requiring that) if they have a credit check that passes, if they have the income to pay the rent and if you are asking "deposit, first and last months rent" that you are charging then that is all you should or can be concerned about.
If they do not pay rent and you have to evict them the process will be the same costly, lengthy one that you would go through with any other tenant.

If I have this wrong as to what you are asking if you explain a bit more that might help.
