How do you get ahold of a customer service person or someone to ask a personal question to?

No customer service on the Forum, Roger.
We aren't "customers".
We are just caregivers who came to a social media to discuss and advise on caregiving experienes present, past, or fears for future.
So there is no one here to help you with your questions but us chickens.
Let us know if there is something we can give any guidance on finding.
It does take time to understand the site. I am about five years in and still learning.
