Some areas have Volunteers that will drive seniors to the store or to appointments. Check with your local Senior Center or if your church or place of worship has a volunteer group
Some areas also have Public Transportation that a Senior or disabled person can call and they will get picked up. Generally the trips need to be prearranged.
