CNAs: How many hours per week will PACE provide?

JoAnn29 Mar 2022
So sorry for your predicament. It was explained in your last post that this forum cannot help you. We are not an employment agency. Most of us are caregivers ourselves. This forum helps us share our experiences hoping to help each other. Because most of are from all over the US, we cannot answer your question. Each State runs their programs a little different. Hours depend on the staff they have or if using an agency the agencies staff. CNAs are scarce right now.

I suggested in your last post that you contact your Office of Aging or Adult Protection services and tell them you need help. They will evaluate ur situation and help u find resources. We as a forum cannot tell you what local services u have.

In your last post it was also explained that Nursing facilities by law cannot have rails or restraints of any kind. Its State law. The best thing you can do is place your wife. I doubt any program your State provides will give you the hours of care your wife needs.

I put Alamance County in search and found some info one was Alamance Elder care (336) 538-8080. Seems to help Seniors with resources. Call them and see if they can help.
