I sent my brother to the ER with a pressure wound. The Dr. went wild and now they won't let him come home. Who do I report this to?

Through speculation (fabricated) and hear say they have taken him out of my life, he is alone, I am not even allowed to see or talk to him. They have no proof of their words against me, but yet I have so much evidence to prove discrimination/slander/fraud and over reach of power. Now my brother is alone and being abused by them. Who can I report it to when it is the APS doing this to him/us?

I think this must be 2% of the story. Brother is 52, arthritis, living in a NH on profile. I am guessing he must have other conditions resulting in very high care needs.

Was he living in the NH when the pressure wound occurred? If so, then the NH should be the one investigated, not you.

I agree if you have proof that you are not at fault for brother's condition contact an attorney.

Your profile says he is living in a Nursing Home. If true, how did you get involved in sending him to the ER? And if you did send him to the ER from the NH why are you being held at fault?
