Pure wick external catheter is leaking. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I saw a post on how to modify the purewick drydock but we are not having much luck-the inside is a bunch of wires.

Can anyone walk me through the battery upgrade for the pure wick?

My daughter is an RN. She despises the Pure Wick, says she’s never seen them not leak. I hope someone else has had better experience

I saw a post to replace the pump with a more powerful pump but when we took the back off it was a mass of wires. thanks for your input
