Medicare alone does not pay for glasses. A Medicare Advantage may. Really two different insurances.

If you have Medicaid for health insurance they may pay for glasses. In my state they do. Otherwise, u need to look around. Do u have a BJs in ur area, Costco or Sams. Others advertise on TV, like Lens Crafters. Check with ur County Office of Aging.

Zinnia has really cheap glasses. For medicare to cover that you have to add vision coverage in your plan.
