My grandmother (95) has never been mean to a soul. Today she is not waking up, when she does she screams and says leave her alone. Advice?
I need help if anyone has went through this. She was eating and drinking yesterday and overnight is wanting to sleep but hard to wake up and when she does she gets really mad and screams.
I believe you are looking at classic symptom of Urinary Tract Infection in an elderly person. Please see that a urinalysis is run soon as possible. You can also get dipsticks at a pharmacy over the counter; ask the pharmacist how to use it. If this continues you may be looking at emergency transport to hospital.

A change in mental status like this needs to be reported to grandma's doctor immediately.
A UTI is the first thing that needs to be ruled out.
