My sister and brother have taken over trust and there is a will that shows all three of us involved. I need direction to take action please.

Sister took mom to hall of records in 2017 and had her sign over house deed to trust. Sister hasn't given me any details and I have called, texted and emailed and no response. Then in 2019 her and by brother got together with mom to go over details to which I wasn't in over in. The only reason I have this information is my sisters only daughter called and told me. My sister has already stolen her daughters kid and I believe had a lot to do with her husbands passing after she got his two million dollar inheritance. My brother also came to the house while I was out of town and stole stocks. They are both immature and evil senior citizens and I need help... Yesterday!

Stolen kid? Elaborate please.

The will does not go into effect until after mom passes.

Maybe bro and sis have power of attorney? If that is the case it is actually their job to keep mom's health and finances private. Or they are trustees of the trust?

You may want to seek a free consultation with an elder law attorney for their input.

If mom is competent she can change her POA's any. time she wants.

Wow, I am so sorry that you are caught up in this nightmare. I think you need a good elder attorney to help you.

Your sister sounds awful. So does your brother. Many of us have dealt with rotten siblings. My heart goes out to you.

Best wishes to you and your mom. Vent anytime and others will chime in to offer help.
