I have POA and medical POA of my father who is dying. He is in hospice and someone made a complaint to adult protective services. Any advice?

Who stands to benefit from the complaint? That may give you a clue as to what they are looking for. Best of luck, stay calm thru it all, lots of deep breaths.

Must be a stinkin' busy body. Like you're not dealing with enough hard times right now?? Good luck unraveling this.

Be prepared to sit down and talk with APS. You are doing your best at this stressful time. (((((Hugs))))))).

Someone may have misunderstood something or someone may be a busybody with too much time on their hands. I'm assuming that you are keeping good records and not co-mingling your and dad's monies.
