Do you have to be penniless to get help from VA?

Mother is 98 I take care of her 24/7 with no help from anyone. Dad was in at war time. Does she qualify for any help if she has some money?

No, not penniless. Under a certain amount but not penniless. Does she have under $100,000? She’s okay if it’s around that.
