Where can I find a volunteer in the Greenville, SC area to help my brother with his computer and phone?

My brother is in the beginning stage of dementia. He is living in an assisted living center. He was an advertising photographer. He also traveled extensively in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Oregon. He would like to work on a book he has started and to access the many photographs he has. I would love to help him but I live in Florida. I visited him recently and he does remember how to do things, but after a week it is gone again. I have not been successful in finding a volunteer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
