Wicked, you haven’t actually posted a question. But in reading your profile, you have incontinence and can’t afford adult diapers. Is that your question?
Have you tried washable cloth ones with a plastic cover? Maybe you could use that type around home and at night, and budget for more discrete disposable ones for during the day or leaving the house. Just a thought.
