I live south of you. Call your county office of aging. They should have a bus service. There is a small cost. They need 48 hrs before the appt.

Unfortunately, this is something you need to investigate for yourself. Call your local Area Agency on Aging to ask about community transport. Are you afraid this service won’t show up? There are private transports too, like Uber and Lyft. You can also call a local Senior Citizen Center to see if there are any members who will provide rides.
