When my mother passes will the nursing home take her trust?

Will my mothers 60 dollars built up in trust go to NH, hospice or heirs?

Answer is no. If she has money from her spend down, 2k or less in NJ, that's her estates. The PNA is hers too. If the NH is holding the money, then you need a short certificate showing you are executor or administrator of her estate. They will then send you a check. Since Moms bank acct only had $148 in it Medicaid told me it was OK to close the acct. That money and the PNA money has been used for small things that have popped up after her death. Like filing for executor. I had a couple more filing fees. An unpaid bill... I have kept all receipts in case someone questions where the money went.

Are you talking about the personal allowance that is put into savings at your mom's NH?
