How can I prove that my conservator took over falsely?

Countrymouse Mar 2018
Jon, is it possible that the reason you are not being prosecuted or pursued over the bad checks is that your conservator has persuaded your bank and the payees not to take action on the grounds that you are not capable of responsibility?

If you feel you are competent to handle your own affairs then you will need to prove it to the court, that will take reputable qualified doctors to attest to your competence and a good lawyer.

When he took over he told me I had several thousand dollars in bad checks so I went to the psosicuting attorney & he said he had nothing on me stating I had any bad checks & that's why I think he took over falaely,

A conservator is usually a court thing. They are put in controll because the person can not handle their money. The judge signs off. So how did they take over falsely?
