Look for the Department of transportation, transit services division, Ada paratransit eligibility offices in your area. Also check for community service programs that offer transportation as a service. Unless you are in a really rural area there should be services available. If you are in a rural area, check with the churchs in the surrounding communities, a lot of them offer services through volunteers to assist the elderly.
