Does a Florida Nurse Practitioner have the authority to sign a DNRO?

I am Florida Health Care Surrogate legally designated by a Florida patient in a Designation of Health Care Surrogate document. In accordance with the patient's living will and other end-of-life documents, I have completed the Florida DNRO form 1896. The patient's pcp is an ANPR. Does an ANPR have the legal authority to sign a DNRO or must I get an MD or other (who would not be current on the patient's condition and wishes) to sign the DNRO document? Thank you.
