What is plenary guardianship and how does a realtor get that before any of the children can become a guardian?

JessieBelle Oct 2017
A plenary guardianship is given to someone by the probate court. It allows the guardian to handle all legal affairs of a person. Awarding guardianship is not a casual procedure. People may apply for guardianship and the court will award it to the person (or company) the court feels is able to look out for the best interest of their ward. Some guardians are family, while others are not.
