My 84 year old grandmother didn't urinate for 12 hours. What should I do?

Light green/ yellow odorless discharge on brief. No fever or discomfort.

So much depends on issues that aren't mentioned. How much fluid did she have during the 12 hours? How much food, including foods such as soups that are higher in fluids?

What meds is she taking?

Is this the first time this happened?

A greenish discharge is typically a sign of infection. Does she have a PCP or gynecologist she could see on short notice? If not, you might consider taking her either to the ER or Urgent Care. In fact, since this is a weekend, I would do that and not wait until Monday.

A green discharge would scare me.

Have you called her doctor to ask? Or does her insurance have a 24/7 nurse line you can call?
