My lawyer is telling me the Emergency Temp Guardianship I have is unlimited and I can move mom to assisted living now. He is confident we will get permanent guardianship too (due to repeated incidents and having 3 doctor's capacity letters). I feel uncertain to make the move now, but need to desparately.

Move mom to where she's safe and cared for. If she insists on challenging at the hearing and leaves, let the State take over. You've done all you can.
