Does anyone know how to add disabled rails to bathrooms?

I might even check with Home Depot or Lowes and see if they will come to install grab bars in the bathroom.

Check with your local county Department of Aging and Disabilities. Often they'll have a list of businesses that will do the type of work you're needing for little to no cost. Sometimes they have grants available as well to help with the expenses involved in keeping an aged or disabled loved one at home.

I had Americans With Disabilities come out and do our grab bars. They used repurposed wood and installed a rail going out to the patio because my dad loved to BBQ and a rail going down the 2 garage steps. And they didn't charge me, their services were donated.
