From Drugs.com;
Aricept may interact with many drugs; tell the physician if you have a history of breathing problems, 'HEART DISEASE' (my italics), fainting, seizures, GI (gastrointestinal) diseases or urinary problems because they may get worst with this drug.

There are 5 disease interactions with Aricept (donepezil) which include:
Bradycardia (slow heart rate)
Bronchospasm (spasm of the windpipe)
Parkinsonism (death of nerve cells in the brain causing uncontrollable movements)
PUD (peptic ulcer disease)
Seizures (convulsions)
---------------------
(Me) There doesn't appear to be any interactions with insulin. Since there are many drugs (in different classifications) used to treat CHF (congestive heart failure), your best bet would be to log on to Drugs.com and use the "interactions" checker. Type in the medications they are using and Aricept (donepizil). It will give you any drug interactions. Don't forget to ask their doctor also. ;)
