How much is it to pay for overnight care for my mother?

My mom needs little help. She needs someone to give her medication and eyedrops. She can no longer cook for herself, so meals are also necessary. My neighbor has stayed with mom during the day, but I'm wondering what to pay her when we go visit our children who are 3 hours away. She does have moderate Alzheimer's but she is very amiable and doesn't get up during the night.
