Is the Arizona RX Card or SHIP Card equivalent to the New York Epic Plan?

Your best bet is you research on the Internet to see is the Arizona RX card is similar to the NY Epic Plan. Chances of a caregiver moving their love one from Arizona to New York, who could answer you here, would be very rare :(
