My Father is going into assisted living. I've been his in-home caregiver for 10 years. He is now going through a spend-down and wants to sell the house. What rights do I have?

Has a Fond du Lac tribal member he has no reason to sell the house as long as a family member is residing in it he has changed his mind and has now decided to sell the house. What rights do I have?

Yes, how does being a tribel member effect things. Does he private pay his AL?

I can't help but think a few words got left out between the heading and the body of the post - specifically the Fond du Luc tribal member point and as it might relate to his need to sell his house. Can you explain a bit more? Sorry.

If he owns the house, then it is within his rights to sell it. Sounds like you need to find another place to live.
