In Rhode Island, does Medicaid cover Memory Care (locked-down) at an assisted living facility or only at skilled nursing facilities?

Each State has their own program. Usually Medicaid covers just skilled nursing facilities, but some States may offer a waiver to help pay for Assisted Living/Memory Care.
