What kind of will cannot be amended or changed?

Mother remarried and he had my mother sign a will giving him everything. I'm her daughter and I was excluded. She has told chaplain, social worker, family nurses for hospice etc she wants her will changed. Everytime she makes a new one he threatens her into resigning a new. What can I do?

There is no kind of will that cannot be overruled by a valid new will.

How long ago did your mother remarry?

You say "every time" she makes a new one he threatens her into making another - how many times exactly has this taken place?

If your mother is on hospice, does she really need this kind of stress? Can you not let it go?
