Are you in USA? There is a national online website, care. com, and you can advertise yourself on there for direct clients to find you. I'm not a CNA and I had people trying to hire me for home health via that site so seemed a good site to make connections. (I was interested in doing some babysitting or petsitting, which is also advertised via that site)
Call your local Agency on Aging to see if they have a list of people looking for a licensed home health aide.
If you are an experienced home health aide, call the local caregiver Agencies to see if they would hire you and you can wait for a client that you can take care of 5 days a week.
I have seen websites that one can place information for caregiving.
