My parents had a CPA for many years and thank goodness because being elderly and having caregivers, then cost of long-term-care and Assisted Living, what is deductible and what is not was way too complex for me to follow.

I have, but the tax preparer and the last H&R Block specialist were not very knowledgeable about how to issue me record of payment from mom.
