Sister has power of attorney. What about the other siblings?
What Rights do the other siblings have.?

It is against the law for the POA to appropriate the principal's funds. They are to act only in the principal's best interests.
In what way is the sister showing greediness? Do you have evidence of this wrong-doing?

Legally they can't do much, unless they are signed off as POA also.
