rgjkl5, when you get a chance please give us more information so that we can help you with an answer. Such as are you asking if there is school aid so that you can become a skilled nurse? Or are you asking if there is aid so that an elder can have skilled nursing at home or in a facility?
If the latter, what is the medical issues of the patient? Why would that person need skilled nursing? Is the patient on Medicaid or self-pay? Does the patient still live at home, and if so, who is taking care of this person?
