Can we get reimbursed for mileage etc.?
My mom lives with us and we take care of her full time.

Will you be declaring Mom as a "dependent" on your income tax? If yes, then you might be able to deduct mileage to and from health related facilities.
It would be best to talk to a CPA or someone who prepares tax returns who is familiar with elder care deductions.
