What kind of dental work can be done on Medicaid?

Can someone have their teeth bonded and splinted?

pamstegma Feb 2017
States have flexibility to determine what dental benefits are provided to adult Medicaid enrollees. While most states provide at least emergency dental services for adults, less than half of the states currently provide comprehensive dental care. There are no minimum requirements for adult dental coverage.

They are loose from gum disease they aren't falling out yet. The dentist that's doing periodontal work said I might need bonding and splinting done for the loose teeth.

Why are they loose?

If they are falling out. Maybe Medicaid will pay for a bridge or even a full denture.

Teeth falling out is a bigger problem than just gluing them together.

It's needed to help keep loose teeth from falling out.To put a cement a band across the back of the loose teeth.

I don't know, but, isn't bonding a cosmetic procedure? I would suspect that Medicaid would not cover cosmetic procedures. The treating dentist should be able to tell you, if they accept Medicaid patients.
