I am a permanently disabled son of a mother who is in a nursing home.

Her Aunt just passed away with a small estate going to my mother. Is there anyway that her interest could be transferred to me as her permanently disabled son or does it go to her nursing home care since Medicaid pays everything after taking her social security and pension?

I am on SSDI which is handled different than SSI. The funds will go to her but given I am her permanently disabled son can this estate go for my use?

No, the funds go to her. If they went to you, PA would go after them since PA is a filial responsibility state.
Plus, if they go to you, you lose your low income benefits.
